Im just writing about my thoughts on two articles that i have read.One of the articles i read was A fixed mindset could be holding you back.

What i learned from this article is if you have a fixed mindset on everything you can find it harder than others to adapt to different things and that it can also hold you back when your working on things in life.But then someone with a growth mindset on the other hand,believes intelligence and abilties are influenced by practice,study,feedback and working through hard times which is very true i think people who have a fixed mindest should really work towards a growth mindset so they can be more succesful in the future. Another article that i read was Why its so hard to hear negative feedback https://www.nytimes.com/2018/03/26/smarter-living/why-its-so-hard-to-hear-negative-feedback.html this artcle is telling us to train ourselves to crave negative feedback instead of tensing up and letting our ego feel so threatened which isnt helping us instead its not allowing the informtion or feedback into our brains. We tend to avoid harsh critiques.The artical is great because it showing us a way to deal ith negative feedback.Productive feedback i got back one time was in secondary school from my History teacher Ms Cullen who told me my history project was one of the best in the class and to keep working hard that i am doing really good which was nice to hear.One of the most negavtive feebacks i got back was when i was working on my art project in secondary school.I worked so hard on it and i spent so much time doing it and then i got told by my teacher that he hates my work and what i am doing and that i should start again which i thought was a bit harsh but he was being brutally honest.I got all defensive and was annoyed that he said that but it helped me in the end.
