Reading 2

So for this week's blog post we had come up with a search strategy on headings that we had to pick during our lecture. The heading that I picked to research was what a game is. The first thing I decided to do for my search strategy was to fill out the Art Review Matrix spreadsheet and prepare for my research topic. I changed the questions on the spreadsheet and then filled in the answers. I then started to look at when gaming first started and researched the different types of games there is, the strengths and weakness gaming has and the effect games can have on children and adults which was very interesting. I also thought of questions that I could ask a gamer which I also filled out on the art matrix spreadsheet to help me get a better understanding of what other people might think a game is and how they feel about games which will be very helpful for me when writing my final piece. I also made a folder to be organized which i called research_what is a game? and added all the research i have so far on what a game is which will be helpful for me.
